    You don't need automotive experience, we provide full training and support.
    Even though we're focused on the automotive aftermarket, having an automotive background isn't required. Our franchise system is built on proven principles that have been successfully implemented by people from all walks of life. This is possible because because we have invested in one of the most comprehensive pre-opening training and assistance programs in the industry.


    On-Site Training
    You'll start with a full 3 weeks of on-site training in a real, operating Milex Franchise. During your hands-on training, you'll learn firsthand about how the business works. You'll interface with employees and customers. You'll watch the selling process in action. You become familiar with the business, inside and out.


    Classroom Training
    In addition, you'll spend a week in classroom training, where you will receive easy-to-understand management training and learn to implement and follow our proven business systems. The result? When your center is ready to open you'll be ready and able to take charge.
